    Zhejiang Bondlye Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (stock abbreviation: Bondlye,stock code: 832831) was established in April 2000 with a registered capital of RMB42 million. It is a high-tech enterprise of the National Torch Program specializing in R&D, production and operation of vehicle exhaust after-treatment system. It is now a deputy director-level member of China’s Committee of Vehicle Emission Control (CVEC).

        Located in Linhai, a national historical and cultural city in Zhejiang Province, the company boasts convenient transportation. It lies adjacent to Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou railway and expressway in the east, Taizhou airport and Taizhou-Jinhua Expressway in the south, National Highway 104 in the west, and Ningbo Airport and Ningbo Port in the north.

       We have a large garden-style factory covering about 80 mu (13.17 acres), with Phase-I built-up area of about 36,000 m2, and have an annual output of 1 million sets for various types of after-treatment products. By the end of 2015, we had about 150 employees that included over 50 professional and technical personnel. Furthermore, our research covers catalyst development, coating technology development, material analysis, test verification, structural design for after-treatment products, CAE analysis, welding technology and other areas. Now we have a provincial enterprise institution, which has hosted and joined in 8 national projects including the "863" Program, and was awarded the second prize for Commercialization of Research Findings in Zhejiang Province. We have also applied for and possess 26 national patents of which 5 are invention patents.

      Shanghai Gotek Catalyst Co. Ltd. is the company’s subsidiary, established in August 2009. It is a high-tech enterprise engaged in R&D, production and sale of catalysts used in vehicle emission control devices, and other related technical services. The company brings together experts and excellent management talent in the industry. Using advanced international catalyst formulations and technologies, we provide customers with highly cost-effective products such as gasoline engine TWC catalysts, diesel engine DOC, CDPF, SCR catalyst and other products, and have an annual output of 1.7 million liters.

       To successfully list on the new over-the-counter market the company will actively conduct and promote R&D and mass production of catalyst product lines for passenger cars and commercial vehicles that meet OTC regulatory requirements, National Emission Standards and higher standards; and EGR coolers and after-treatment products for non-road vehicles that meet National III Emission Standards, along with other projects. Furthermore, we will strive to transform our corporate vision into action to become the top three after-treatment system suppliers for domestically-produced cars, and provide customers with advanced high-quality solutions for vehicle after-treatment systems and parts.
